This comprehensive 90 minutes session integrates the full spectrum of natural medicine:
• Clinical Herbalism — individually tailored plant formulas to restore physiological harmony.
• Naturopathic & Nutritional Guidance — lifestyle and dietary advice to strengthen digestion, energy, and resilience.
• Homeopathy — subtle yet profound remedies to support emotional balance and release inherited or long-standing patterns.
To ensure a clear picture of your current health, please provide in advance any recent blood tests or medical investigations, as well as a list of your current medications and supplements. This information helps ensure your treatment plan is safe, integrated, and precise.
Following the consultation, please allow up to five working days for a full case analysis. You will then receive a personalised treatment advice sheet, which includes your herbal, homeopathic prescription, nutritional and lifestyle recommendations.
A bespoke herbal formula will be prepared in the herbal dispensary and dispatched within five working days. Once your plan and formula are ready, a 20-minute Zoom call will be arranged to discuss your treatment advice sheet, clarify dosage, a summary of findings and answer questions.

Follow up consultation
Rebalancing unfolds in stages, and the follow-up consultation provides space to review your progress and refine your treatment plan.
This 45 minutes session is recommended within a month of your initial consultation to assess how your body has responded to the prescribed remedies and herbal formula, and to make any necessary adjustments to dosage, composition, or lifestyle guidance.
The follow-up includes:
• Review of current symptoms, energy, and overall wellbeing.
• Adjustment of your homeopathic prescription or herbal formulation where needed.
• Refinement of dietary, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations.
• Discussion of any new test results or changes in medication.
As with the initial session, please allow up to five working days following your appointment for case analysis and preparation of your updated treatment advice sheet.

Although tinctures contain alcohol, the daily intake is very small — typically 15–20 ml divided into portions and diluted in water — making them both gentle and effective.
