Terms & Conditions of Consultation
Coland Wellness Clinic — Practitioner: Galina Fadeeva
These Terms & Conditions outline the principles, responsibilities, and mutual understanding between Coland Wellness Clinic (“we”, “our”, “the practitioner”) and the client (“you”, “your”) when engaging in naturopathic and herbal medicine consultations, either in person or online.
By booking a consultation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
1. Scope of Service
Consultations at Coland Wellness Clinic may include:
Naturopathic and lifestyle assessment
Herbal medicine formulation
Nutritional and dietary guidance
Homeopathic and energetic support
General wellbeing and health education
All treatment plans are individualised and based on the information provided by you. Herbal prescriptions are prepared in alcohol-based tincture form, containing small daily dosages (typically 15–20 ml per day, divided and diluted in water).
2. Professional Boundaries
Our services are complementary and educational in nature and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
We do not diagnose, claim to treat, or cure medical conditions. You are encouraged to maintain ongoing care with your GP or other healthcare providers.
Any advice or treatment plan should be regarded as supportive or adjunctive to your conventional medical care.
3. Client Responsibilities
By booking a consultation, you agree that:
You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
You will provide accurate and complete health information, including medical diagnoses, prescribed medications, supplements, allergies, and relevant test results.
You will inform the practitioner of any changes in your health status or medication during treatment.
If you are currently under medical supervision, you will ensure your doctor is aware of your engagement in naturopathic or herbal treatment.
4. Safety and Informed Consent
Herbal medicines and supplements are generally safe when prescribed appropriately; however, all substances can have side effects or contraindications.
The practitioner will take every care to ensure formulations are suitable based on the information provided.
You understand that the effectiveness of natural medicine varies individually and that results cannot be guaranteed.
5. Fees and Payment
All fees are displayed on the website or communicated prior to booking.
Consultations are to be paid in full at the time of booking, unless a prior instalment arrangement has been agreed.
Bespoke herbal formulas are prepared following the consultation at an additional cost of £80 + £7 postage (UK only).
Please allow up to five working days for case analysis and preparation of your treatment advice sheet.
A 20-minute Zoom review call will be arranged once your plan and herbal formula are ready.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee. Missed appointments without notice will not be refunded.
7. Confidentiality and Record Keeping
All personal and medical information shared during your consultation is treated in strict confidence and stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR and professional healthcare data protection standards.
Information will not be disclosed to third parties without your written consent, except where required by law or public health regulations.
You have the right to access your records upon written request.
8. Notifiable Infectious DiseasesIn compliance with public health regulations:
The practitioner will ensure it is safe to treat any patient with a notifiable infectious condition and will advise that naturopathic treatment is not a substitute for prescribed medical care.
In the rare event of an outbreak investigation, clinic records will be made available to public health authorities in accordance with professional confidentiality rules.
Access to personal records will only be granted under the authority of the relevant Medical Officer or Consultant in Communicable Disease Control (CCDC).
9. Referrals and Collaboration
When appropriate, referrals may be made to other healthcare professionals for tests, diagnostics, or additional support.We work collaboratively with laboratories for nutritional and functional testing, ensuring an evidence-based and integrated approach to your care.
10. Termination of Care
Either the client or practitioner may choose to end the therapeutic relationship at any time.
The practitioner may discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsafe, unethical, or not in the client’s best interests.
Pre-paid fees for unrendered services will be refunded at the practitioner’s discretion.
11. Disclaimer
Naturopathic and herbal consultations are intended to support, not replace, medical care.
You are advised to continue any treatment prescribed by your GP or medical specialist.
The practitioner accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from your choice to apply, or not to apply, the information or treatment recommendations provided.
12. Agreement
By proceeding with your consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.
You confirm that you are engaging in this process voluntarily and take full responsibility for your own health choices.
