Cancellations, Return  and Refund Policy

We value your time and commitment to your wellbeing. The following policy ensures fairness and clarity for all clients while allowing the clinic to maintain the highest quality of care and preparation for each appointment and herbal formulation.

 

Consultation Bookings

​

•       To confirm your appointment, a £50 booking deposit is required at the time of reservation.

      This deposit secures your consultation slot and will be deducted from your total consultation fee.

 

   Cancellations

​

• If you cancel or reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice, your deposit will be fully refundable.

• If you cancel or reschedule less than 72 hours before your appointment, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than the start of your consultation (in person or online).
  Appointments are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

•     If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice (“no-show”), the full consultation fee will be charged.

 

     Rescheduling

•     In-person bookings can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 72 hours notice.

•     Online bookings can be rescheduled without a fee with at least 24 hours notice.

•    Requests for rescheduling made after these timeframes may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the £50 fee.

       Refund Process

 

•    Refunds (where applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of confirmation.

•   Please note that any third-party transaction or processing fees (e.g., PayPal or Stripe) are non-refundable.

 

     Herbal Medicines and Bespoke Preparations

​

   All herbal tinctures, powders, teas, and creams are custom-made and individually formulated for each client following a consultation.

   Because these items are bespoke preparations, they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once they have been made or dispatched.

    This policy is in accordance with consumer health and hygiene regulations for personalised natural products.

    If you believe there has been an error in your prescription or delivery, please contact the clinic immediately so we can resolve the matter promptly.
