Initial Consultation — Online (Zoom) Distance does not limit depth. Your online consultation offers the same level of attentiveness and clinical detail as an in-person session — from the comfort of your own home. This 2 hours Zoom consultation explores your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and emotional landscape to identify the root causes of imbalance rather than only its expressions. The session integrates the full scope of natural medicine: • Clinical Herbalism — individually designed plant formulas to restore physiological harmony. • Naturopathic & Nutritional Guidance — evidence-based lifestyle and dietary support to build resilience. • Homeopathy — gentle yet profound remedies to clear inherited or long-standing patterns. Before your appointment, please email any recent blood tests or medical investigations, along with a list of your current medications and supplements, so your treatment plan can be prepared safely and precisely. Following the consultation, please allow up to five working days for case analysis. You will then receive a personalised treatment advice sheet, including your homeopathic prescription, nutritional and lifestyle recommendations, and next steps. Your bespoke herbal formula will be crafted in the herbal dispensary (additional cost £80 + £7 postage) and dispatched within five working days. Once your plan and formula are ready, a 20-minute Zoom call will be arranged to review the treatment sheet and answer any questions.
